What does my event quote include?
Your quote sets out the creative work and delivery arrangements for your event. Digital delivery, printing, devices, operators, setup and support are specified where included, so you can compare the scope clearly.
How far in advance should we book?
Plan for a one-week lead time for a standard experience, subject to availability and an agreed brief. Custom creative, larger deployments and venue requirements can need longer. Send your date early so we can confirm the schedule.
Can we see a demo before booking?
Yes. We can walk you through recent projects, the guest journey and sample outputs. Bring your brand direction and event goals so the conversation is relevant to your plans.

What is an AI photo booth?
An AI photo booth transforms a guest’s photo into a personalized image shaped around your brand or event. The creative can place guests in a new setting, visual style or campaign world, with digital delivery, printing or both.
How is it different from a traditional or 360 booth?
A traditional photo booth captures a photograph, while a 360 booth captures motion around the guest. An AI photo booth generates a new portrait from the guest’s image and your agreed creative direction.
How long does AI generation and printing take?
AI photo generation takes approximately 30 seconds. Guests can scan an instant QR pickup link and enjoy the event while their images generate. Automatic printing takes approximately 12 seconds when included. These are separate stages; timings vary with the setup and demand.
What can guests take home?
Guests can receive digital AI portraits and printed keepsakes. Projects have also used framed art, postcards, gift cards and personalized merchandise. The output format, production and delivery are agreed for your campaign.

The visual direction is developed around your brand guidelines. Colour, mood, setting, wardrobe and framing can be explored through sample portraits before the event. We agree the creative and available looks with your team.

Can AI portraits suit a corporate or professional event?
Yes. Creative can feel polished and professional, celebratory or more playful, depending on the brief. KPMG anniversary portraits and HSBC event portraits show how brand framing can give an experience a clear corporate identity.
Can you create sports or themed experiences?
Yes. An agreed theme can shape the wardrobe, setting and portrait style. Examples include MMA-inspired portraits for AIA’s MDRT event and Equine Heroes portraits for the LONGINES Hong Kong International Horse Show.
Can you support university, school or hospitality events?
The creative can be adapted to the audience and occasion. Our portfolio includes UCL anniversary portraits at London Ball and hospitality event portraits at Soho House Bangkok. Share the audience, theme and any consent requirements so we can scope the experience appropriately.
How do you keep creative on brand?
We review the brief, sample outputs and guest choices with your team before launch. Share any restricted themes, brand rules or approval requirements early so these can be addressed in the event scope.

Setup & agencies
Built around your event.
Can we use our own devices or photo booth?
PONS.ai offers a white-label web app and API for agencies and photo booth companies. Share your devices, capture workflow and integration requirements so we can confirm a suitable setup. Equipment provision can be scoped separately.
What does the venue need to provide?
We confirm space, power, connectivity and setup access for your venue. Send the floor plan, expected footfall, available devices and printing requirements. Network and equipment needs depend on the agreed deployment.
How many guests can the experience handle?
Capacity depends on the number of stations, guest flow and output format. Share your expected attendance and peak arrival windows, such as keynote breaks or exhibition openings. We use these to plan station count and delivery.
Do you offer white-label branding and on-site support?
Agencies can discuss a white-label experience using their own branding. On-site operators, equipment, training and support are confirmed in the quote for each event and market. Tell us whether your team will run the experience or needs delivery support.

Clear requirements, agreed early.
How long are guest photos retained?
Retention is described in our privacy policy and should be confirmed for your event when the data-processing arrangements are agreed. Guests can request earlier deletion. Contact privacy@pons.ai for retention and deletion questions.

Reuse depends on the agreed commercial terms, applicable image rights and permissions for the people, brands or other material shown. Explain your intended channels and uses in the brief so the relevant rights can be confirmed.
